Urban Backyards - Helping You In Growing, Living and Loving Your Backyard!

Our Shade and MultiZone Grow Houses are perfect for shade loving ornamental plants, to create an outdoor sun room or when "hardening off" your seedlings before planting out in the garden after growing them in the glasshouse section. 

Shade houses are made of a durable aluminium mesh screen covering the entire house, which blocks out approx 50% of the sun's harsh rays, protects from heavy damaging winds while still allowing for adequate ventilation to encourage strong plant growth and air flow.

MultiZone Grow Houses are half made of the same durable aluminium mesh, but half of the house is made with our 4mm toughened glass to create a Glasshouse side, which can be used as an outdoor room, heat retaining grow house for your winter vegetables or heat loving indoor plants or simply as your potting up station where you want to take in the views.
