Automatically opening and closing at certain temperatures, our Auto Vent openers are a great way to control temperature in your glasshouse without the need for electricity.
Automatic vent openers open up when temperatures reach a minimum of between 17 and 24 Degrees Celsius (the range is adjustable) using a temperature-sensitive wax mechanism. They stay open until the temperature cools down to below that 17-24 degree range.
These auto vent openers are the perfect hassle-free, non-electric solution to temperature regulation and airflow for your greenhouse.
Suitable for our Urban Backyard glasshouses (not Tunnel Houses). Lifts up to 14kg.
Please Note: When installing these auto vent openers, it is easiest if you remove the roof vent panel, affix the auto vent opener to the panel, then hook the roof vent panel back into the roof ridge and attach the auto vent opener to the L603-0585 (frame piece below the roof vent panel). The roof vent can be removed by opening the hinge piece (L615-0612) wide enough until it unhooks from the roof ridge. Then put it back in the same way.

Shipping within our beautiful country of Aotearoa New Zealand is a simple flat rate of $249.
We trust Mainfreight for our shipping and as our items are often very heavy, depending on the item you will be required to uplift your item from your nearest Mainfreight depot with a car & trailer.
